Not only did he return phone calls timely, not only did he show up at the time he said he would, but he tackled my little project with enthusiasm and attention to details. His alert spotting of a tiny leak in the crawl space over my ceiling enabled me to get the repair done before another catastrophe occurred. He went out of his way (literally, a good 75 miles each way) to get me the doors I requested, and he kept me in the loop about the job's progress every day. He treated me with courtesy and respect. His workmanship and his professional and cheerful demeanor were a tremendous help in a very difficult time. Today was the first day I smiled when I got home since the water damage occurred two weeks ago.
